1. Eligibility Requirements
Minimum account balance of $50,000 USD (live account).
Account must be fully verified (KYC Level 2 complete).
Account must be active for at least 10 days.
No outstanding loan defaults or disputed transactions.
User must be 18 years or older.
2. Loan Limits
Maximum loan amount: 40% of your account balance, up to $500,000.
Minimum loan amount: $1,000.
Only one active loan is permitted per account at a time.
3. Interest Rates
Daily interest applies from the date funds are disbursed.
Rates range from 0.035% to 0.055% per day depending on loan term.
Interest is calculated on the outstanding principal balance.
Early repayment is permitted with no penalty.
4. Collateral & Risk
Your account balance acts as implicit collateral.
If your balance falls below 130% of outstanding loan amount, you will receive a margin call notice.
If balance falls below 110%, the platform reserves the right to liquidate positions to recover the loan.
5. Repayment
Full repayment is due by the loan maturity date.
Partial repayments are accepted and reduce the outstanding principal.
Late repayments incur an additional 0.1% per day penalty after the due date.
Default after 14 days may result in account suspension.
6. Privacy & Compliance
All loan data is stored securely and governed by our Privacy Policy.
Loan applications may be subject to compliance review.
TradoVex reserves the right to decline any application without stated reason.
Loan proceeds may not be used for illegal activities.
